What I cannot do
I cannot modify, cancel, or refund a booking. This website does not sell anything or process any payments : tickets and tours are booked via GetYourGuide, and GetYourGuide manages them. To change a date, request a refund, or retrieve a lost voucher, use your confirmation email or your account. I have no access to your bookings.
I am also not the monument. I cannot open the necropolis on a closing day, locate a lost item, register a school group, or tell you if Sunday Mass will delay the opening : for all these matters, contact the monument itself at 1 rue de la Légion d’Honneur, in Saint-Denis. What is helpful to me
A changed opening time, a radiating chapel closed for works, a guided tour that did not start on time, an access blocked on the forecourt due to the spire construction : these are the messages that improve this website. Let me know the date of your visit, I will verify and correct the relevant page. Reader corrections are the only thing that keeps a guide from becoming outdated.
